Established in 1991 for EMT and Paramedic Field Training, Mentors Plus has expanded to include occupational health and safety training courses as well as human resource programs, seminars and consulting services.

Mentors Plus is a nationally recognized occupational safety and human resources training and consulting service for commercial, private, municipal, and community organizations.  It was  started by Tom Crow, a retired senior paramedic from the Anne Arundel County Fire Department in Maryland.  His vision and goal has and will always be to offer reliable, consistent and professional training at an affordable cost.  With over 55 years of staff experience in transportation services and emergency care, Mentors Plus provides interactive personalized training that enables your organization to "get the winning edge" in employee safety education.

Each onsite course, workshop or seminar can be tailored to our clients individual needs.
